Visits are by appointment only; on weekdays during regular business hours. Please call (773)237-8230 to make an appointment at a convenient time for you! We ask that if we are away from the office, that you leave a message for us to contact you. If you are a new client and wish to fax any previous medical information to attach to your pets file please fax any needed paperwork to (773) 237-8233.
